PROFESSIONAL FEES FEES (Online Services)

1. WRITTEN CONSULTATION: Up to 30 minutes of counseling.
   Includes a basic legal opinion on a particular case.
   Rate: 25,000 colones or its equivalent in dollars.
   
2. WRITTEN CONSULTATION: Up to 60 minutes of counseling.
   Includes a broader legal opinion and properly grounded in a particular case. It performs an assessment of controversial and recommended the procedure to be followed.
   Rate: 50.000 colones or its equivalent in dollars.
   
3. RESERVATION OF APPOINTMENT FOR ORAL CONSULTATION:
   Includes a legal opinion directly and interactively, via chat and / or video, with a basic fee of up to one hour.
   Rate: 60.000 colones or its equivalent in dollars.
   Includes the ability to interact directly, ask questions and raise new questions about your case or situation. An assessment is made of the controversial issue and recommend the action that should follow. Attention is immediate. Each additional hour or fraction start new fees chargeable for the same amount. The fee includes the reservation of priority in the selected time for a total of 10.000 colones, and the value of 50.000 colones for consultation.

TERMS OF USE:

1. The fee for professional services provided herein corresponds to the amount of minimum fees charged for the consultation or opinion on a particular legal situation, so that any additional questions or follow up the case is governed by the subsequent negotiation between the firm and its customer.
2. If between Firm and Client agree to process the case, either administrative or judicial, fifty percent of the amount of consultation will be deducted from the total amount to be agreed by professional fees.
3. The firm must pay you a fee for legal opinion prior to the completion of the consultation and the terms that the fee indicated.
4. The customer is obliged to cancel in favor of the firm's fees for the consultation and study, regardless of the result in administrative or judicial review.
5. It is the duty of the firm to keep updated and warn the client from the outset, on the amount of their fees and payment.
6. The formula to fill the customer on this site is the written contract constitutes the ideal way to try and determine the scope of professional work to comply and pay.
7. The document or form, stating the terms of the consultation request must contain at least the detailed order of service, acceptance of the amount of fees and payment.
8. The fee indicated in the respective table displayed on this site is limited to professional fees for the study, analysis and drafting of legal opinion of the professional firm regarding the proposed consultation.
9. The firm and its customer may agree to pay additional sums of fees other than those indicated in the table for as long as their agreement is in writing and in amounts not less than the established minimum.
10. Each year the firm will update the rates as authorized by the Board of the Bar Association of Costa Rica, a reasoned decision.
